   Hey there! How’s the experiment going? I am trying to figure out if its worth writing for AC so I’m quite interested in your results.

   Hi,

   Well - right now things are on hold. It was my hope that I would have been able to write periodically for the site… but I’ve had way too much on my plate as of late.

   However - I’ve written for the site under a pen name before, and the results were pretty good. While I didn’t make a lot of money per article (less than $5 each - and I think that’s due to topic choice) - 100% of my articles were accepted. So, if you know how to write well, and especially if you have an eye for good topics, you can make a decent amount of money.

   In one of my other posts on this subject, Luke Beatty (founder of Associated Content) stated that there are content producers that make hundreds and even thousands of dollars monthly via Associated Content. And, based on my limited experience - I totally believe that hundreds of dollars per month is a doable figure for many writers who are willing to dedicate themselves to it & learn the nuances of the Associated Content system. Thousands of dollars per month… probably not feasible for the majority.

   The best way to find out if you’re a good match for Associated Content is to just jump in and try it. I do suggest that you check out the forums, though, as there’ll be a lot of helpful tips to help you increase not only your acceptance rate - but also to help you pick article topics that will get you the most for upfront payments.

   And, even if you find that Associated Content isn’t a good match for you - you can keep tuned to this blog…. I’m working on a new website here that sells articles - maybe in my discussions about it, you’ll pick something up that you can use.
